Winter Whimsy Stamps

Delight in the magic of winter snow and hand-cut “snowflakes” with the Winter Whimsy stamps from the U.S. Postal Service®.
Featuring snowflakes in a digitally rendered design, the stamps evoke a beloved hand-cut paper craft with their perfect, delicate
symmetry. Each stamp in the block of 4 includes a unique design in white, each contrasted against a solid color background: navy blue,
teal, tan, or dark blue-green.
The Winter Whimsy stamps are being issued as Forever® stamps. These Forever stamps will always be equal in value to the current
First-Class Mail® one-ounce rate.
